शिक्षा मानव जीवन र सम्पूर्ण समाजलाई मार्गदर्शन गर्ने मूल आधार हो। जीवन र जगतलाई सही दिशा प्रदान गरी सञ्चालन गर्ने प्रमुख माध्यम नै शिक्षा हो। शिक्षा समाज परिवर्तनको संवाहक पनि हो। समाजमा विद्यमान विकृति, कुसंस्कार तथा अशिक्षालाई हटाई सभ्य, सुसंस्कृत र समुन्नत समाज निर्माण गर्नु शिक्षाको प्रमुख ध्येय मानिन्छ।
यही उद्देश्यका साथ डडेल्धुरा जिल्लाको तत्कालीन कोटेली क्षेत्रका स्थानीय बासिन्दाहरूले आफ्नो गाउँ–समाजमा शैक्षिक चेतना फैलाउने लक्ष्य राखी विद्यालय स्थापना गर्ने आवश्यकता महसुस गरे। स्थानीय जनसमुदायको सक्रिय सहयोग, सहभागिता तथा चन्दा सङ्कलनमार्फत वि.सं. २०१७ सालमा भुवनेश्वरी प्राइमरी स्कुल स्थापना गरिएको थियो।
The History and Evolution of Shree Bhuvaneshwari School
Education is the fundamental pillar that guides human life and society as a whole. It is the primary medium that provides the right direction to navigate life and the world. Furthermore, education is a catalyst for social change; its chief objective is to eradicate deep-rooted anomalies, superstitions, and illiteracy, thereby building a civilized, cultured, and prosperous society.
विद्यालय स्थापना भएसँगै यसको दीर्घकालीन विकासका लागि पर्याप्त भौतिक पूर्वाधार आवश्यक रहेको बुझ्दै स्थानीय समाजसेवी तथा सचेत व्यक्तिहरूले महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिएका थिए। विशेष गरी तत्कालीन कोटेली गाउँ विकास समिति वडा नं. ६ निवासी श्री डम्बरदेव धिक्तज्यूले विद्यालयको स्थायी विकासका लागि वि.सं. २०१७ पौष २२ गते आफ्नो नाममा रहेको १४ रोपनी १३ आना १ पैसा १ दाम जग्गा विद्यालयलाई दानस्वरूप प्रदान गर्नुभएको अभिलेखमा उल्लेख पाइन्छ। उहाँको यो योगदान विद्यालय विकासको आधारशिला बनेको थियो।
विद्यालय सञ्चालन तथा व्यवस्थापनलाई औपचारिकता प्रदान गर्न वि.सं. २०१७ सालमै तत्कालीन श्री ५ को सरकारअन्तर्गत जिल्ला शिक्षा निरीक्षक कार्यालयबाट विधिवत् स्वीकृति प्राप्त गरिएको थियो। सोही वर्ष विद्यालयको प्रथम सञ्चालक तथा संस्थापक समिति गठन गरिएको थियो, जसले विद्यालय सञ्चालन, व्यवस्थापन तथा शैक्षिक गुणस्तर अभिवृद्धिका कार्यहरू गर्दै विद्यालयको विकास यात्रालाई निरन्तर अगाडि बढायो।
यसरी स्थानीय पहल, सामुदायिक भावना, सहयोग र दातृत्वबाट स्थापना भएको भुवनेश्वरी प्राइमरी स्कुल समयक्रमसँगै विकास हुँदै आजको अवस्थामा आइपुगेको छ। विद्यालयले हाल प्राविधिक धारसमेत सञ्चालन गरी यस क्षेत्रमा दक्ष तथा सक्षम जनशक्ति उत्पादन गर्ने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निर्वाह गरिरहेको छ। विद्यालयको प्राविधिक धार वडा नं. १ स्थित ऐरोडा (चोरा) क्षेत्रमा करिब १० रोपनी जग्गामा सञ्चालनमा रहेको छ।
Establishment and Early Milestones
Driven by this very objective, the local residents of the then-Koteli region in Dadeldhura district realized the urgent need to establish a school to spread educational awareness in their community. Through the active cooperation, participation, and financial contributions (donations) of the local community, Bhuvaneshwari Primary School was established in the year 2017 B.S.
Recognizing that adequate physical infrastructure was crucial for the long-term development of the newly founded school, local social workers and conscious citizens stepped forward with significant contributions. Notably, records show that on Poush 22, 2017 B.S., Mr. Dambar Dev Dhikt, a resident of the then-Koteli Village Development Committee (VDC) Ward No. 6, generously donated 14 ropanis, 13 aanas, 1 paisa, and 1 daam of his personal land to ensure the school's permanent development. His noble contribution became the foundational cornerstone of the school's growth.
Formal Recognition and Governance
To formalize the operations and management of the institution, official approval was granted in 2017 B.S. by the District Education Inspector's Office under the then-His Majesty's Government (Sri 5 ko Sarkar). In the same year, the school's first Managing and Founding Committee was formed. This committee successfully led the school's developmental journey by overseeing its operations, management, and initiatives to enhance educational quality.
Present Status and Technical Stream
What began through local initiative, community spirit, cooperation, and philanthropy as Bhuvaneshwari Primary School has continuously evolved over time to reach its present stature. Today, the school plays a vital role in producing skilled and capable human resources in the region by offering a Technical Stream. This technical wing operates on approximately 10 ropanis of land located in the Airoda (Chora) area of Ward No. 1.
